Maryland Apportioned Supplemental Action
If you have an existing IRP account you may process the following transactions utilizing this application:
- Add vehicle
- Transfer
- Weight Change
This form may be filled out and submitted online or mailed to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, Motor Carrier Services Section, Room 120, 6601 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21062.
Once the application is received your transaction will be processed and an invoice will be returned to the email address on file.
