Fee: $5.00 per year
Eligible Vehicles:
- Passenger cars
- Multi-purpose vehicles
- Trucks (10,000 lbs. or less)
To obtain this plate please submit the following:
- Application for Special Registration Plates (form #VR-164)
- A valid copy of your FCC Amateur Radio Operators License
- Applicable fee
- If applying for a Disability Amateur Radio Operator Plate, an Application for Individual with a Disability (form #VR-210). Must be accompanied with above requirements.
