Effective May 1, 2012, the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration began partnering with NICUSA regarding the provision of driver and vehicle records previously accessed through MVA's subscription services (DARS, LMS, etc.). All inquiries regarding access to the services now provided through the NICUSA portal may be directed to NICUSA at 888-9MD-EGOV (888-963-3468).
