The MVA provides record data (elements of driver/vehicle records) to authorized entities using a secure electronic File Transfer Protocol (FTP).  An example of an authorized entity is law enforcement, courts, vehicle research/recalls, or names/address of vehicle owners who fail to pay parking citations.
