Services - Provides a complete range of MVA services.
Kiosk Services – The services available at the kiosk are:
- Vehicle Registration Renewal (sticker delivered at kiosk)
- Change of Address
- PIN Management
- Request Driving Records
- Request Replacement Title
- VEIP Extension
- Duplicate/additional registration cards (card delivered at kiosk)
- Order duplicate/additional registration cards
- Order plates (Agricultural, Chesapeake Bay, Personalized & Standard)
- Pay Administrative Flag fees
- Request County Pride sticker
Hours - Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm for all services and every Saturday 8:30am to noon for Driver's License Services only. This MVA office is closed every Sunday and on the following holidays.
Driver's Road Tests - Driver's Road Tests are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment click here for the MVA Central Scheduling System or you can visit the office location where you want to take the test and schedule an appointment.

Loch Raven/Parkville - Express Office

Services - The only services available at this office are:
- Renew MD Driver's License (you must have your current MD license with you)
- Apply for a Photo Identification Card (for non-drivers only)
- Obtain Driving Records
- Return Tags
- Convert Provisional Driver's License
- Convert Profile Driver's License
- Duplicate Driver's License
- Obtain Disability Placards
CDL holders must visit a Full Service MVA branch office.

Baltimore – MVA Bus – Limited Dates and Times
Social Security Administration

Services – Services offered on the MVA bus are:
- Renew a non-commercial MD driver’s license
- Renew a MD photo identification card (for non-drivers only)
- Obtain a duplicate driver’s license
- Obtain a certified copy of a driving record
- Obtain disability placards
- Renew vehicle registration
- Obtain substitute stickers
- Obtain duplicate registration cards
- Return tags
- Change your name and/or address
- Apply to register to vote
- Register as an organ donor
  
  Note: Drivers License/Identification Cards that require out of country documents and/or temporary VISA's for renewal, can not be processed on the MVA Bus.
CDL holders must visit a Full Service MVS branch office.
