MVA Office Hours, Locations and Service Information
Click on your county of interest for further information. Please note that the MVA's busiest days are at the end of each month, and the first days of the next month. Therefore, MVA strongly recommends that you plan your visit during the middle of the month. Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays are high volume days at the MVA. Plan your visit on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to minimize your time with us.
Please call 1-410-768-7000 (or 1-800-492-4575 TTY for the Hearing Impaired) if you have questions or want to know what documents to bring with you prior to your visit. We will provide you with in depth information about all MVA transactions as well as mail forms to you. The hours to speak with a customer service representative are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
MVA offers many services electronically which are available on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers may also conduct many transactions using our self-service kiosks and automated interactive voice response telephone systems.
