Effective March 16, 2013, the Excise Tax Credit for the purchase of Plug in Electric Vehicles will no longer be available when submitting a titling request to the MVA. The Strategic Energy Investment Fund allotted for this fiscal year has been exhausted. However, purchasers of Plug-in Electric Vehicles may continue to request HOV Permits.
